Account Details/Booking Procedure

A minimum deposit of £300.00 (non refundable) is required to secure your booking.  A provisional booking can be held for 4 weeks, if no deposit is received within this time, the booking will be cancelled.  If booking less than 6 months prior to your function the deposit is required on booking.  Please make cheques payable to The Brant Inn.  Credit card payments will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

Please settle your account 6 weeks prior to reception date

Prices are correct at the time of printing but may increase.  We reserve the right to alter any menus if circumstances dictate.


Wedding Luncheon Minimum 20 persons, maximum 100 persons. Three courses only.  One item to be chosen from each course for everyone, with the exception of vegetarians. Children’s portions are available or we quote for special children’s meals.
Evening Buffet maximum 200 persons. An evening buffet can be provided of your choice starting at £5 per person
Toast Drinks (Optional) Toast drinks can be arranged if required
Linen White linen is usually supplied for the wedding luncheon. Napkins are a choice of Burgundy, cream or white.
Cake Stand A square cake stand & knife are available at no extra cost.
Decorations Balloons and flowers etc can be arranged through ourselves. Price on application.
The Venue All of our wedding receptions are held in our restaurant.  The room hire charge includes a private bar and linen.

Afternoon & Evening Reception

There is a standard room hire charge of £300.00.  Included in this package is a complimentary room with breakfast for the Bride & Groom. Menus can be arranged on request.
Evening Reception

There is a standard room hire charge of £200.00. A professional DJ Is available if required for a fee of £150. The venue is available from 6.00pm. Menus can be arranged on request
Afternoon Only Reception

There is a standard room hire charge of £150.00.  The venue is available from 12.00pm until 5.30 pm.  Menus can be arranged on request
